With 6'1" headroom the interior is spaciously laid out with a double fore/aft settee berth with a pedestal table. The port side has an L-shaped galley followed aft by an enclosed head.
The interior is fully lined with stained wood planking and paneling with a combination of pine, yellow and red cedar.
The galley has an "Origo 4100" two burner alcohol stove, stainless steel sink with foot operated tap.
A "Force 10" diesel stove provides cabin heat.
The head has a 'Brydon" manual pump head and the boat is fitted with a 16 gallon fibreglass holding tank.
This sloop rigged vessel has an aluminum mast and boom with a roller furling on the head stay. The main sail has the travel across the transom gunwale.

A Yanmar 3GM30 27hp diesel raw water cooled motor provide power and the hour meter has approximately 500hrs SINCE REBUILD
The 2004 marine survey states the following
The hour meter on the engine control panel indicates 2737.0 hours It is reported that the engine was rebuilt in 1999 at 2299.0 hours
The 500 hours noted above is an approximation and the estimated hours on the 2004 survey was 438 since rebuild.
