This Windward 30 is one of 15 built by Windward Yachts in Burnaby British Columbia. Formerly know as a North Coast 30 of which only five were built and designed by Richard Carlson.
This is a moulded fibreglass masthead sloop has a fin keel with the rudder mounted on a skeg. The keel has 3050 lbs of lead forward and fibreglass aft.
She is equipped with single station enclosed cable engine controls and cable and quadrant wheel steering from cockpit
Equipped to do extensive coastal cruising she is set up for single handed sailing

She carries 30 gallons fresh water and 18 gallons diesel fuel.
The Yanmar 15 hp engine is salt water cooled and has a Hurth ZF 2.14:1 Marine gear
